1) How to order flowers?
Go to our online catalog, choose one of product listed by clicking on it, choose the destination country, enter the requested information for and the message to be delivered with the flowers. Then you'll arrive in the shopping cart where you can pay off the purchase.

2) How do you pay?
You can pay your order using PayPal, one of the most common credit cards or bank transfer.

3) The delivery can be made in the hotel, restaurant, tourist village, camping, nursing homes, churches or cemeteries?
Certainly. For deliveries addressed in hotels, restaurants, resorts, campsites, hospitals, churches and cemetery and generally in all places where it is not possible to deliver the flowers directly to the recipient, the delivery will be considered regularly valid with the signature, by the staff of the structure.

4) Can I place an order to be delivered on holidays?
Certainly. We point out, however, that during Christmas, Epiphany, Mother's Day, Easter, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, or more generally on public holidays, the delivery could be brought forward to the previous day.

5) Can I give specific instructions for the delivery?
The order form there is a field "Notes to the Flowers Shop" in which you can write to particular information to be transmitted to the florist.

6) The chosen flowers will be exactly as it appears in the picture?
The images are only indicative and may not represent exactly the product delivered by the florist. Anyway, due to force majeure or because in the delivery place the type or quantity of flowers requested is not available - the florist is authorized to replace the type or quantity of flowers requested with others as much as possible similar to the type chosen.

7) What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the address indicated?
Our florist will try to deliver the order and will leave a business card trying to contact the recipient. In case of any issue, our customers care will contact you by email or telephone to manage it.

8) How can I change an order?
For any change, please contact our Customers Care, citing the number number in the object. Required changes will be considered only if prior to the Delivery Date indicated and taking charge of the order by the florist.

9) How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact our Customers Care, citing the number number in the object. The cancellation of the order may be requested only if prior to the Delivery Date indicated and taking charge of the order by the florist, and will have a fixed cost for the administration amounted to 9.00 EUR including VAT.
